Bhai, I got message from Bitifinix and they blocked by BTC withdrawl and also said Pakistan is in blocked country.
Anyone has amount in Bitfinix and solved it?
Please reply urgenty. My enrire btc investment is in this exchange


This is why it is always said do not keep your money in any exchange.

Solution: Well I think the best you can do is to contact the support email.

State your complete problem - Start with what you have what you do with your BTC on exchange and now without any prior warning my account is locked, (if they say we have given then say I must have missed it and now I request BITFINIX to allow me to withdraw my funds to my bitcoins address so I can save my hard-earned money. - You can state your problem and ask them to return your money in that manner. Ask them politely and keep taking screenshots of all the conversation as proof.  You can contact the live support if there's any as well.

I hope you get your money back.

Probably they would not return if I send them my passport which they asked being Pakistani passport. I really dont know, what they want.
They said 2 things
1) if you are from Pakistan, tell us that you are from Pakistan
2) if you are not from Pakistan, then provide us you are from some other citizenship along with visa copy that you are visiting Pakistan

Any person gone through this and solved it could be solution.


I am sure there would be other people also who have gone through from this.


I am afraid then you cannot do anything then. You have to provide your passport or CNIC. You can ask them that you do not have passport and can provide all KYC information such as CNIC/Driving license etc.

What is the amount? Did they said that they will give you the funds after verification?

Can you post the screenshot where it is stated that your account is blocked if it is ok with you?

As BITFINIX saying Pakistan is in blocked countries then surely you are going to lost your funds and you cannot blame any one for this because you must contact support before doing any business with any exchange otherwise its not their fault its just your own fault and now leak your wounds and have good lesson for your rest of future.
