Hey! I am aware that the ANN is from a very reputable member but I don't understand whats the point in creating new ANNs every day? Does it not break any rules of Bitcointalk?
From what i can see, the old ANN has been moved to archival, after new one has been made. So it's not like someone is spamming forum with ANN threads. Users can make new ANN threads for various reasons. I added Possible because I don't have much experience on how these things are shared, this is my first time actually so I would like to apologise if I messed anything up. My sole intention is to help and keep bitcointalk a safe and healthy place. Thanks for understanding. 
No need to apologize, it's all good. After all, it has been your first report. When reporting, just see how others are doing it, especially @Lafu. Follow the format to some degree and you are good to go!This keeps going back to my post about not allowing locked threads in altcoin announcements. Would probably save a lot of grief. Although they could moderate it, that would require work.
Yep, that's a good suggestion. Something like that would make scamming attempts a little bit more time consuming for them, and probably safer for others that are not careful enough.
