Bitcoin will survive. In fact, Bitcoin wouldn't even care about even if there's a recession. It will continue to develop despite the other businesses going down. You remember how stocks in the last few months got down? Look at Bitcoin right now, we are sitting at a good price of $9,000+ which will soon break $10,000. I still remember when BTC got dumped at $5,000 last few months too because of a certain scam, coupled with corona virus affecting the world, Bitcoin still rose to this good price. It's only a matter of time till Bitcoin beats its all-time high again.
Something that runs hand in hand with a recession is higher unemployment, so if you consider that unemployment would increase and less people would get a income, it would just be natural that there would be less people willing to risk investing money into Crypto currencies. They will sell their bitcoins (if they had) to survive.
The cost of living will also increase, so people will have less disposable income to invest in Crypto currencies. So my guess is a global decline in Bitcoin prices, until the economy recovers and people will start buying again.

Which means people would tend to find jobs online and cryptocurrency offers a lot of opportunities out there. Even freelancing online would still be viable even though there's a recession happening. To be honest, more employers would find people online since it is cheaper it it comes to it.
