The potential would be there, but it is not being used.

An example: communication. Especially the website. Nothing is going on!
I'm not the only one who notes that the website gives away a lot of potential. About 19 months ago I wrote a critical post on the website (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1608859.msg46793890#msg46793890). 19 months ago and the website still looks like this!

I hope Tony will radically transform his team. In the current line-up and with the focal points set by this team, the project will never come back.
