Because it seems that project has been on the works for quite a while already, they just posted the thread recently. So there maybe good progress on this platform already.
This is a good write by Binance, thank you for sharing. And this was way back April 2019 and just means Zimbocash is here for a pretty long time already and been developing since then. This is great, I really thought it was created just recently but I guess I'm wrong with that.
