depend on the use cases of the tokens . If you see the use of it in long term you can buy and hold the coins, but if you don't find any long term plan of the project I don't see any reasons for buying it.

They are now active promoting their coins by having a giveaway in tournament but how it will survive if they always need to use money for promotions and no one buy it. They need continues  supporters before you can able to see the real success  of the project they are making.
