Thanks guys for your concerns  , i have sent two deposits to graviex
the first deposit received successfully , the exchange is done and the withdraw either.
the second deposit not received i thought i was scammed but when i submit a support ticket they answer it quickly and i received the second deposit 
i can t say they are not scammers but you guys can give them a try
