Hi you can add also freebitco.in contest, despite it's not the "typical" betting site, they have a contest for playing "multiplier" (Dice) and betting game. It's a daily competition, they have high reward (around 0,13 - 0,18 btc). There is only one winner, no prize pool.
Just checked the website and I found the monthly contest, so I added the monthly contest.
You can add vipgame, they have daily wagering contest on their site

Some additional column to the respective site's bitcointalk thread and sorted alphabetically would be better imo

At the moment I prefer to the regular contest first.
Luckybit's happy hour is interesting, I'll add it once there is a new contest so kindly inform me once the new contest is ready.
Bitdouble doesn't have a contest but in a way it's similar to wagering contests since they give rewards to their weekly and monthly top gamblers. There are three paid places for monthly and weekly the prizepool is 120mbtc(monthly) and 12mbtc(weekly).
Added and I checked the prize distribution, there are 30 paid places for each contest.
