He never said anything at all about free electricity or using someone else's hardware. And most people don't run 4 GPUs per computer. Be advised that stealing power / bandwidth from a public/private company will be noticed in the end and you will be caught.
It sounds to me like he's running a GPU farm, and would rather not point all his hashrate at a pool, but just wants to solo mine. Pools usually charge a fee, and it's nice to have all your coins in your own hands at all times, ya know?
