They probably paid him a little bit extra so he continues with bounty campaign. Extra money will make him feel less bad for promoting  an obvious scam. Interestingly, soon after your warning message in their thread, he locked the topic once again. I guess he simply can't decide what to do.

It is hard not to notice bounty hunters t,hat immediately joined the campaign after unlocking, they aren't any better. They chose to ignore warnings, tags and flags and BM previous bounty abuse history. And then after some time when they don't get the tokens, they will come to scam accusation board, crying how they got scammed for tokens, after "months of hard work" aka Twitter/FB campaign.
