I guess without a deposit this is not free but a $ 50 deposit bonus 
Unfortunately this is the very common on most casinos. You either get a free start money to check out the website, but then you have a lot of limitions on the money. You won't be able to cash it out, its meant to be played on the site. How could any company survive while giving 50$ bucks to every new customer.
I think deposit bonuses are a good way for first timers on a website to get to know the games and don't lose all your money at the beginning.
The problem here is about misleading sentence/words. Title says "FREE $50 Sign up bonus" while it is a deposit bonus. Both are completely different type of bonus. Most other sites says "Get up to xx% deposit bonus" not Get xx amount Sign up bonus if they are offering deposit bonus. I know it is to attract people to come but using words that is not as the reality is not good imho.
