   I like to ask if  you have hear of collect the BCR Bankcoin Reserve???... It can be revised at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5199314.580    with 31 pages of analisys comments. 

At this moment each BCR a pays 0.1798 BTC at cointinger as you can check https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5199314.580

   The catch is  "BCR - Bankcoin Reserve" deposit is disabled at cointiger and I need cash now!!

Since I not sure for the period for no "deposit" I would ask to options to cover my emergency:
    - a insecure loan for a month period... in this case how much BTC may I obtain for 1 BTR since I have a few .....  10% of BCR value?
    - a trade in this case how much BTC you are ready to pay for a BTR since I propose a 35 to 45% discount for the trade price.
