Can copper membership upload ulr/links?

Changing signature should be the least of your worries right now because you are still a newbie, don't tell me you come on here just for signature campaigns, be careful, you might end up spamming which can lead to ban on here, Rome wasn't built in a day i read an article that said that i'm still able to upload a signature just without url/link.
