That's the speculation of the ETH 2.0 supporters, but there's no guarantee for that, however, based on the market trend, ETH is likely to be bullish before the launch date of ETH 2.0 but ETH at over $200, I would not bite that price, I'm hoping it will drop a bit before I'll start accumulating in preparation for a possible pump starting next month .
