I agree I have a friend who is very active in bounty and I trade my eth to his fiat since we are of the same country. does that make me his alt, I don't think so we have so many people doing this and it should not be based on this, it's unfair.
Probably you have not other posts. I have not told alter base on only a single argument. Please read above comments too. There is no chance that they are not alter. They are obviously alter and they abuser merit system by trading merit or sending to another alt account.
