Another case of signature spammer that didn't have time to fulfill his bounty requirement. Per IQ cash signature bounty rules, each participant has to make 2 posts per day

As you can see from his post history since he joined IQ bounty, he makes 2 posts each day,  and in the last few days he makes reserve posts at the end of the deadline, and then edits them later, in order not to miss his requirement. Could be also that he is maintaining more alts, so sometimes situation gets hectic.
