rn im using bitcoin core as my wallet as im still unsure on how do i use bitcoin
If you want to receive; you have to first create a receiving address. There's a specific tab for that in the Core client, so you only have to create a new address, and give it to whoever is sending you the coins. Using addresses for only 1 transaction is a good practice to enhance privacy.
If you want to send; go to the Send tab, paste the address you want to send the coins to; select the ammount and a fee, and then hit Send. If you have protected your wallet with a password, it will as for it. Otherwise, it won't.
and how do i get them(ie mine some)..maybe i can use my pc as a mining machine(still dont know what software i should use but pls recommend if you know how) while im sleeping but rn im clueless as what im doing:/
Using a computer to mine Bitcoin in 2020 makes no sense; it will cost more than what you will "earn", and you'll most provably end up burning it. If you want to mine, you have to buy ASIC devices (machines created for the mining), set them up, join a pool and I'm not sure whether I'm missing some steps in between. The only downside is that you need to make a rather hefty investment in the miners, and they'll "only" be profitable if you have cheap electricity.
