Maybe he's just taking the opportunity to induce market adoption and there's no other way he can think of to make people buy bitcoin. I don't see any problem here. Just an exagerration of the phrase "Bitcoin will save the US". Save from what? Financial instability? I don't think so. He might just have a huge amount of hodled bitcoin and he wants to earn profit fast
