Anyone using a bot to claim the hourly free BTC is abusing the site; and that's the reason it's unfair for the rest of the users.
...cut...
Can't agree more to this. Faucets were always free of cost, but not free for nothing (except Freebitcoin which really is free of ads or anything at all haha) but all of the old faucet sites gained revenue from ads. When people cheated with bots, those ads didn't bring in money and sites had to close down.
Basically, revenue must be generated for sites to earn something but the sad thing is farmers don't care. They'll take as much as they can knowing the site will close down if they keep doing so. They have burned earth mentality.
This actually wasn't a big issue in 2016 like I recall, but in 2017 there was just too many people who were abusing the system and they had no choice but to reduce the faucet, then lower it even further and finally just get rid of it all together. Because it was too much of a headache to keep having to freeze withdraws.
