, there are some states that legalized gambling and weed but some have a complete ban and we need to have a simple law throughout the country. There are shit rule too, while gambling is legal online gambling is not.

There are shit rule too, while gambling is legal online gambling is not. The world has become much smaller, with the invention of the internet and due to low cost air travel. It is not possible to impose these stupid bans in a particular territory. Because the gamblers may simply travel to some jurisdiction where gambling is legal (Macau, Las Vegas.etc), or they may simply do their gambling using one of the online casinos. In the end the government will lose tax revenues.
