This has been discussed several times here. Just use the search.
Since your Qora are literally trapped on Poloniex since years you can not do anything at the moment. You can only hope that Poloniex will support Qora withdrawal when the new chain is created and that the Qora team will make an exception for those who have balance on Polo to burn them later on and to get new balance on the new chain. I don't see any other possibility.
Unfortunately, it simply isn't possible to 'make an exception', as once the Genesis takes place, we can NO LONGER ADD ANYONE to the Genesis block. This means we can no longer add new QORA BURNERS, or QORA FORGERS to the chain.
