Of course, sooner or later ETH will be able to hit ATH, only it is unknown when it will happen, but I am sure that ETH is a very promising project and will achieve all the goals in time.
It is not far and we will see it in the near future. That is why few days ago ETH has started showing us better price than in the past. l think ETH will not stop and keep increasing, maybe till at the end of the year, ETH is going to hit ATH. None can say the current time of happening it, but as you above mentioned sooner or later ETH will do it.
