The corona virus pandemic is affecting everyone and the Cowry Project is no exception. It has been very tough for the past few months. We have been making contacts with potential investors towards actualizing our goals. With the gradual return of sporting events, we hope that things will soon get better. We have proven several times that this project is long term and we strongly believe in its success. When compared with similar projects and the number of coins in circulation, it is safe to say that Cowry is one of the cheapest coins out there and we do not expect the price to remain this cheap forever. We had arranged to meet with some potential investors who were willing to meet us before the corona virus changed all our plans. Here are some of the plans we discussed with the potential investors: 1. The establishment of businesses where cowry will be one of the means of payment. Such businesses will including the betting Platform, Shopping malls and Online Shop. 2. The expansion of Cowrybet into a fully registered betting Platform where both fiat and Cowry will the means of payment. 3. Opening of betting shops. 4. Creating of a Cowry mobile wallet for its effective usage as a payment method in the Cowry shops. Although, everything is on hold now. We will continue working on what we have got until the situation of things get better. Keep believing in the project and continue getting some more Cowry and use the betting Platform.
