I don't see any specific reason in article. Is it because of pandemic or what? Well whatever the reasons, its big blow to Windies team as both Bravo and Hetmeyer are good cricketers. Still 1 month to go so they have enough time to rethink, let's hope they change their decision. We also don't know how many of the other ENG/WI players are not willing to play.
