Has anyone else (I'm in the US) had their Bitpay card disappear from the Bitpay app?  I placed a successful order with the card just as recently as yesterday.  But today it's gone.  It's just replaced with a tab that tells me to get on the waiting list.  I see on their site "Say hello to the new Bitpay card".  But did they just remove everyone's currently active cards (or just mine  )?
