Long story short, i'm in the US and several months ago I worked to establish a Japanese corporation to take advantage of the Arbitrage opporunity at the now-defunct Mtgox.

Unfortunately, like many others, I lost on that investment.

Now i'm left with a Corporation in Japan and no use for it. My options are either to find a use for it or to dissolve it.

My preference would be to find a use for it that benefits the community as well as myself.
