$28000 Bitcoin is not a major bull run. We will not see a major bull run with Bitcoin this year. Way to many uncertainty. Probably we will not even reach new ATH. But dont worry there is 2021 for that.
Tend to agree with you. Until now I don't see a solid base to stand on it before jumping too high. $9K doesn't seem so solid, $10k barrier almost impossible to stay over it for several days. Without solid consolidation, every price above $10k will be hard to keep it. ATH in 2020 is hard to achieve and even if it was done, it will be very short and huge crash witll follow..
