Is
CBD oil really helpful? I've heard a lot about its benefits but don't know whether it's true. Who can tell me more about it? For example, I suffer from insomnia from time to time, can CBD oil help to sleep better?
I used CBD oil in stressful times for longer periods in total about 6 years now.
It cuts down my unproductive worries and thoughts so I can concentrate better on work and sleep.
Tried about 10 brands but the CBD and
CBG (Analysis) from
Medihemp works best for me personally.
CBG is the ingredient that does the trick so I take 3 drops of CBD and 3 drops of CBG. (2 times a day)
For me this works better than prescription drugs like oxa/dia/pams which I don't like because addictive and CBD/CBG is not.
Also helps with dental problems as a disinfectant and pain relief.
