Don't look into their eyes.. *especially women eyes. Pretty strange ladies (or their images/videos) deliberately staring at you are usually the "spirit of lust" or someone possessed by the spirit. They stare at you to overpower you with lust.
I was revealed this in my early days of fighting lust. I obeyed "the instruction" without questioning (nothing wrong with questioning though... just that i 100% trust the source of the revelation.)
that's the normal feeling should i say. if you don' felt any lust in yourself, then there must be something wrong with you in the first place.
