I'm surprised you didn't see that BitcoinDream also used to post in the Indian section of the forum quite a bit. Regardless of their origins, they are definitely fluent in Bengali.

If anything the BitcoinDream account may have been sold sometime between July and October 2017 as they only started caring about the Bangladesh thread in Oct 2017, but its hard to say for sure without any evidence.
