I have two main questions.
First of all, if I pay the Level 3 upgrade fee, will I be able to send my 32,000 MNE to the exchange immediately?
Secondly, I have two accounts. One on Origin [Origin Tokens (OGN)] and the other on the Trezor T hard wallet. None of them has 32,000 MNE visible, though
https://etherscan.io shows they are there. I tried to add tokens in the beta wallet with Trezor T, but it shows 0 MNE. I wrote for support, but wrote back to contact

2. I never use those wallet but maybe you can export your private key from those wallet to MEW or MetaMask,etc

I upgraded the Genesis address to Level 3 by paying ETH fees...etc.
but unfortunately, I can't send MNE tokens to LiveCoin exchanger
I tried to send 32000 tokens and the transaction failed
then I tried to send just 1.84 MNE, then 1.8 MNE, then 1.5 MNE, and finally just 1 MNE but in vain, all transactions failed!
Can you please tell me why I can't withdraw tokens and I wonder if someone succeeded to transfer them.
