According to the judges who have immediately dismissed his cases.  Yes.
I have noted that, according to you, to demand the scammed BTC from the BetKing admin is an outrageous claim and the applicable court will confirm that the BetKing admin is entitled to keep the loot!

Nevertheless I still look for BetKing token victims?
