It's happening because of the gas fee of ethereum transection. If you don't cancel the transections, it'll be same like now and everytime it'll show different time to confirm the transection because of the ups and downs of the Ethereum Gas fee. Try to cancel the transection and make a new transection with a higher gas fee than the safe gas fee. Like if the safe gas fee is 24 gwei, you should use the "Propose Gas Price - 44 gwei" which can be tracked in Etherscan Gas Tracker.

To cancle the current transections, follow the below steps:

• Go to MyEtherwallet website and Login your account with the most suitable way which you like (I recommend all to use Metamask to login)
• After login successfully, Click on "Send" option which will be in the left side and some sub-menu will be appeared.
• From the sub-menu, click on "Send Offline" option and send to your own eth wallet address zero ( 0 ETH ) ETH
• You might need to change the number of Nonce if it's not the same number from the previous transection's Nonce ( in your pending transection, it's 38 )
• Finally try to use higher gas fee than the regular gas fee to confirm the transection and cancel the previous pending transection.
