It's reasonable to point out that the victim was, in fact, a bad guy.
But this remains an incident where the bad guy, being arrested, should have been treated with respect.
You're not even "pointing out" that the victim was a "bad guy." You're simply giving your opinion. I don't consider it reasonably worth sharing, as it has nothing to do with the issue at hand. By pointing out your opinion you can only be insinuating that maybe he got what he deserved. He didn't deserve it at all.
