Although I'm from the Philippines, I'll be happy if you banned the Philippines from your campaigns you manage. You know why this is too much for the forum (community). Trust me this is not the only person doing the same thing in the Philippines. I know some people doing this thing but I'm too lazy to investigate, to post, and having a hard time constructing sentences (Like this one) LOL. And some of these abusers are already in the DT 2.
Banning the Philippines community from campaigns would not be a nice thing to do. Despite a few members who have cheated signature campaigns with alts, i believe there are genuine, honest members too and they should not be punished because of a few bad characters.
This forum is a free place and just because we have a few bad individuals doesn't mean every one has ill intentions here.
If you know anyone who's abusing campaigns or DT then bring them forth without fear or favor. There's nothing to be scared about. Even if you present a little evidence, some members will have you dig deeper to prove if the person is doing something wrong.
There are users some are signature designers, xlays knew it well since he knew. Blackmamba is just one.
