You can already post everywhere. There are no newbie restrictions anymore.
Seriously? When the rules have changed? As I was thinking that newbies can only post in Begginers&Help section. I mean I do understand such restriction as it's effective way to get rid of annoyng spams and lots of similar threads as I have seen on other forums.
