Looks like the transaction is using too low of a gas price, so it is taking a while to process.



If you are using MetaMask, you can speed up the transaction from the interface: https://metamask.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015489251-How-to-Speed-Up-or-Cancel-a-Pending-Transaction



If you are using an imported account through the interface, you will need to:

1. Export your private key.

2. Use a wallet such as MyEtherWallet (https://www.myetherwallet.com/) to first cancel the existing transaction (https://kb.myetherwallet.com/en/transactions/checking-or-replacing-a-tx-after-sending/).

3. Set the gas price in the ForkDelta interface between "Safe Low" and "High" values displayed by https://ethgasstation.info/. Note that these will change hour to hour!

4. Issue a new deposit or withdrawal transaction through the interface.



If you have multiple transactions pending, you should apply these steps in sequence, starting with the oldest transaction first.
