You can sue some one for putting mustard on a ham sandwich Vod, that doesn't prove anything. Where are all these mythical victims you keep talking about? Weird I haven't seen a signal one of them come forward to voice their complaints.
On the up side of this, I hope you do sue him. Then when you lose, not only will he totally bankrupt you with his lawyers fees which you will then be responsible for, but then he can counter sue you and put you into debt for the rest of your shitty miserable life.
