I have been reading and hearing smart contracts since I can remember but just like many of ordinary guys on the street I never really take a serious look at the things it can do and how this can be utilized by people, organizations and industries. There are certainly many things, situations and conditions that smart contracts can be applied and what we are seeing now can just be the tip of the iceberg. Definitely, this is a smart thing.
