Hi Everyone!! I am new here and this is the very first post can you can tell me how does this forum works and how does it pay people and also how much it pay as we know we can learn and earn from this forum at the same time so if you can help me it would be helpfull for me. 
How ironic that you are asking about the pay rates of bounties/sig campaigns (I presume you are pertaining to those things) but already know how to wear a signature 
. Are you really new here or just a new account? Well, first of all this is not a place for job hunting. Yes you can earn here but only few bucks dude — I guess only enough for buying few snacks. Sorry for bursting your bubble.
Personally I think that life experience and some practical knowledge is more important than some experience and knowledge about this forum.

. Your rank here doesn't define your whole intelligence. Each one of us got their own specialties. Some of us are low ranked because they are not as geeky as the others, maybe they are average when it comes to computer technology but expert when it comes to practical skills or other fields of the industry . So everyone here must not feel bad about himself.
