Ok you are gambling just for fun, your friends and neighbors knows that and a friend invited you to his party to be one of the candidates as a councilor and campaign will start in 6 months, now, of course, you need to have a good reputation, will you stop gambling just to have a good image this coming campaign and how will you defend yourself if accused as a gambler.

You have clearly says that "I am Gambling just for Fun" so why need to stop?my reputation is safer because i am not addicted into gambling and my family is clear from it so whats the reason?

and also i am the type of person that is not doing anything just to please someone, instead i am frank and truthful and also straight i will say what i want you to hear and i will do what you need to see.

In this way i preserve the respect of my neighbor until now so there will be any gaph in case i need to run for politics.

Being truthful is an asset always remember that.

If only people will understand you, it's not gonna be problem.

What politicians has to do when they run for politics, is they try to please everyone although in reality we can't please everyone.
Therefore, if even some people does not like a gambler politician, a politician would consider stopping or hiding what he is doing just to get the trust of that voters.
