The moment you have a problem with an exchange you will instantly get messages from people claiming to be a team of the exchange, you can get the following messages
1. How can we help you?
2. What problem are you facing on our exchange?
They will pretend to be the exchange help service and they will ask you to make a deposit to get your issue resolved, honestly if you aren't familiar with scammers you can easily fall, victim,
Group channel of exchanges like binance, kucoin, Okex, huobi are full of scammers waiting for people that need the team help to resolve an issue, be wise

This does. Not apply only to newbies but to everyone.
Admins of top exchange group, even Bounty groups do not pm first, if anyone PMs you first offering a cheap sale or to help you. Block asap.
Never give out your private key to friends or strangers
I support your statement on this one dude, I agreed also that most of the scammer appeared on telegram they will definitely send you an email to ask something about the coin, then they will ask for Private key to have access to your account where that's their an open gate to steal your account that's why if you find some people sending you in pm at once block them that was a right thing to do.
