Care to beat the current 1st in the daily race?
I used to join the race and during those times the top on the rank only wagered around 1 to 4 BTC sometimes it does not even reach 1 BTC. This Timmy88 is really a big player, wagering around $150k+ daily. I wonder how much BTC he spent or gain in his total gameplay.

That's a serious and huge gambler there. If I were Timmy88, I'll hide my username and let the people be curious all of the time who's at the top 1. It's hard to beat other gamblers if there's a contest like this. It's an obvious win for him and we've got another set of wager folks and just as say, the top 1's name is hidden.
Hidding username should not be used to make people curious but it is more about security purpose.
Hard or not to beat others is absolutely depending on our bankroll. If we have big bankroll, it will be easy but if we have low bankroll then it will be hard.
There is also nothing obvious before the contest ends because someone may come in the last minutes to beat all of the top players.
