You can ask someone to buy it for you using credit card and pay them in bitcoin. Of course they need to be trustworthy of doing this proxy subscription for you.

I dont know if Coursera subscriptions are locked to the device or the account. If it is locked to the account then the buyer would give you the login details and you could use it. Did you think of that yet, or is it not feasible there?
