There is not much inventory officially on the website, but the telegram link on www.whatsminer.com will lead you to https://t.me/whatsminercommunity with actually very helpful technical support staff (with admin tag), and Vincent, the VP of sales (with owner tag).  And if you intend to purchase in bulk, there is inventory...  Payment by USD is payed to a company in Hong Kong called INCHIGLE TECHNOLOGY HONGKONG LIMITED
