Is this true? We can lose the smerits if we dont use it during 30days period?
No, there is no decay for normal users... It's only for merit source. If you have 1 smerit now, and hold it for next 1 year, you can still send it to other users. You can try it yourself.

Ok sorry everyone, I made mistake and just updated my original post
I remember I read somwhere that the same rule (30 days ) for sMerits will apply for all users but obviously theymos still didn't apply such rule for everyone.
Sorry for confusion.
As merit source, I have to spend all my sMerits in 30 days.
