Thank you for your attention to such details. Your concerns are understandable since many scams occurred in the crypto industry. Such a thing as a wrong registration number on the official website is a big red flag.

However, you have to understand the reality of a startup and why such things as a wrong reg number or poor TOS happened. The main reason is the speed of development and team size. The startup has to go fast and focus on the main features which are multi signatures and the app itself. So reg number 1234567 is a simple entry during the development phase which made it to production unnoticed. There is still lorem impsum in the about page as well. We are working on that and fixing asap. You don't have to take words for granted, here are the facts:

1.The company called WhalesHeaven OÜ is officially registered in Estonia
the reg.number, address, and company name from official register now fully match the ones on https://www.whalesheaven.com/
2.Quickly composed development phase TOS were replaced.
3.WhalesHeaven doesn't need a financial license for providing its services, due to the way our business model is functioning. This is according to Estonian law. We cleared that case with our layers. WhalesHeaven is an Atomic swap platform built on multi signature wallets. We are ready to discuss and evade any concerns and arguments regarding safety and security of the approach we took. There were many internal discussions about how to protect user funds in all negative scenarios and we will continue to work on strengthening  the vision we have.
4.Please provide concrete examples of how multi signature could be misused so we can discuss and defend against that analogy. For now, you can inspect the code on Github and read FAQ. Simply put there are always three signatures involved. It makes impossible for the platform to steal money
5. Part of the WhalesHeaven team indeed worked in Citowise. That information is public and never meant to be hidden. Citowise failed to raise funds and hence struggled to survive. The project still operates and we might open source its code base. But let's face facts. The wallet was operational and secure and the technical side of it still has some solutions that are unmatched on the market.

Please ask any questions if you still have doubts about the legitimacy of the WhalesHeaven platform
