Bitdouble clone it looks like as well as possible bought account posting the OP. I could be wrong on that but goes from joining bounties(2018) to not posting til now and to opening a site.
Was actually to say the same thing when i do have the first glimpse of the site which do really reminds me of bitdouble.io. The template, color, placement etc. are almost identical.
It might pertaining to smart contract based roulette game but i would say that this wont really make much of attention imho.
