I am a highly skeptical person and it takes a lot to make me shift my thinking one way or another from my gut instinct and I am not convinced by what I read from the OP but will hold back further comments until I have more information about what is going on. As there is no website therefore there are no terms and conditions etc and of course there are no LTD/LLC to deal with in the event a user becomes a victim and decides to take legal action in a Court - it is all anonymous therefore anybody dealing with the OP should proceed with extreme caution.
