I think he needs to ask the support team about that. Quote the following part:

So I don't think these cards will work because the name and address will most likely be verified.
Coursera have two payment options - there are one time payments which grant you access to a specific course for 180 days, or there are recurring subscriptions to wider topics which grant you unlimited access until you stop paying.
It says you can't use a pre-paid card to pay for a
subscription, which makes sense because they don't want to set up recurring payments from a payment method which will quickly run out. You are however allowed to use pre-paid cards for one time payments.
So if bitmover is looking to simply buy a course as he says, as opposed to pay a subscription, then a pre-paid card should work fine.
No harm in checking with their support as hugeblack says though.
